	First off I would like to say excellent blog! I hadd a quick questiin that I'd like to ask if you do not mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your thoughts prio to writing. I have had a hard time clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out. I truly do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 tto 15 minutes are generally lost just trying to figure ouut how to begin. Any ideas or hints? Thank you! +++ 2025/02/27/12:09
